What can anyone say about Jan? She was absolutely one in a million; funny; loving; stylish; constantly happy and, since her diagnosis, an absolute inspiration. Her ability to see the positive regardless of what was thrown at her; her determination to make those special dates and to get maximum enjoyment out of every moment was truly incredible. She was always a force to be reckoned with but her true colours showed through in the way she approached her illness with dignity and (forgive the expression) balls!!! Jan, you will always be in our hearts. You were the best of drinking buddies and always the fountain of Broadwater knowledge.
